This module raises awareness of the growing importance of managing the human factor in the business world and, in particular, in small and medium-sized companies.
It provides practical tools and resources for the tasks of selection, adaptation and motivation of the talent to be used in the daily life of a business and introduces the concept of support for people’s development. It enables you to acquire basic and essential knowledge in the management of personnel, rights and responsibilities in the workplace, salary scales and other remuneration, among others.
And it helps us know how to decide who we are and what we do as a company in this area.

The MBA jointly promoted by CEIBA and University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia, gives a vision of the organization as a complex and interactive puzzle, in which the different pieces have to follow a joint strategy and a coherent operational plan.
