This module lays the groundwork for acquiring skills for team work and interpersonal communication, public presentations, negotiation and conflict management, meeting management and collaborative management.
You learn to develop and implement plans that promote the acquisition of new knowledge and skills needed throughout one’s career. Leadership in the company, in constant flux, is worked on through an introduction to principles, techniques and methods that are commonly used in the strategic management of SMEs. You learn to assess knowledge, competencies and values relevant to the exercise of managerial responsibilities and good governance.

The MBA jointly promoted by CEIBA and University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia, gives a vision of the organization as a complex and interactive puzzle, in which the different pieces have to follow a joint strategy and a coherent operational plan. Thus, business problems are approached from a strategy standpoint with a focus on people. Because running an organization is not a simple management problem, the program provides the keys for competent leadership in constantly changing environments.
