The main objective of this module is to develop common knowledge in all participants and to delve deeply into the concepts and current tasks of senior management.
It will also allow reflection on the transition from a functional vision – of an area or department – to a global and systemic vision of the company as a whole and its environment, from the integration of functional strategies in business strategies to the critical implications of corporate strategy in its broadest conception.
And also to acquire the knowledge, techniques and instruments to lead changes in the company, both from a strategic point of view and those linked to innovation: the process of strategy implementation; the art of turning change projects into reality and strategies for their implementation; and leadership in strategic change management in its most complex and undoubtedly most important variable: organisation.

The MBA jointly promoted by CEIBA and University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia, gives a vision of the organization as a complex and interactive puzzle, in which the different pieces have to follow a joint strategy and a coherent operational plan.
